I will first discuss that virtually all deformed are triaxial, but this fundamental feature needs to be confrimed by many independent experiments. The RHC is one of them, and should play an important role. I will also discuss whether the RHC is a fundamentally valid approach in terms of time evolution of strongly deformed nuclei.
