 gether leading experts in gravitational-wave theory and phenomenology to d

 ns\, and the effective one-body formalism—to emerging directions inspire
 d by quantum field theory and scattering amplitude methods. The program al
 so addresses the observational and measurement aspects of gravitational-wa
 ve science\, with an emphasis on future research directions and connection
