- For visa applicants, travel support, and poster presenters: August 18 (Mon)
- For all other participants: November 12 (Wed)
(Please be aware that the deadline for the long-term workshops is earlier than these.)
Please note that we also plan to collect a refreshment fee of approximately 2,000 yen from participants.
