Dec.2 updated
Schedule and Venue
The poster preview will be held December 8 and December 9 in the Yukawa Hall.
Each presenter will have approximately 90 seconds to introduce their poster.
The poster session will be held from December 8 to December 11 in Rooms Y206 and Y306 (on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the Yukawa Hall) at the following times.
Odd-numbered posters will be in “Session A,” and even-numbered posters will be in “Session B.”

Poster Display Instructions
Please print your poster in A0 size and bring it with you.
Poster boards are labeled with numbers.
Please display your poster on the board corresponding to your assigned number before the poster session begins.
Each board accommodates one A0-size portrait poster (86.8 cm width × 151.5 cm height).
Only one side of each board may be used.
Magnets will be provided to affix posters.
Please remove your poster after the final poster session on December 11 and no later than the morning of December 12.
Poster Number and Location
Posters No. 1 to 14 will be displayed in Room Y206 on the 2nd floor.
