By registering for the workshop, for its entire duration participants agree to:

Behave professionally at all times. Treat fellow participants with respect and dignity as professional scientists. Engage in scientific discussions with fellow participants. Do not comment or ask questions based on other participants appearance (including pregnancy status, ethnicity, gender, sexual preferences, disability), and do not ask unprompted questions about participants' private life.

Be kind to other participants. Ask scientifically relevant questions in a respectful manner to fellow participants. We expect participants to ask questions and raise any criticisms in an earnest and constructive manner.

This includes scientific sessions, coffee breaks, official workshop social events (banquet), any unofficial social outings with workshop participants, and any communication on social media.

Should a participant be asked to stop any behaviour deemed inappropriate according to this code of conduct, they are expected to comply immediately.
