Poster Information
- Regarding the poster presentations, we kindly ask all participants to print and bring their own posters to the venue.
- The poster board can accommodate one A0-size portrait poster, with a maximum size of 86.8 cm in width × 151.5 cm in height. Magnets will be provided at the venue for mounting the posters.
- Please note that the venues for the poster sessions differ by day:
- Poster Session 1: Tuesday, June 2 → Y206, 2nd floor
- Poster Session 2: Wednesday, June 3 → Y306, 3rd floor
- Posters may be put up from Monday afternoon, once the poster boards have been installed. Please remove your posters by Friday at noon.
