Schedule and Venue
The poster preview will be held February 15 and February 16 in the Maskawa Hall.
Each presenter will have approximately 90 seconds to introduce their poster.
The poster session will be held from February 15 to February 18 in the Entrance hall and the Seminar Room(Maskawa Hall) at the following times.
Odd-numbered posters will be in “Session A,” and even-numbered posters will be in “Session B.”

Poster Display Instructions
Please print your poster in A0 size and bring it with you.
Poster boards are labeled with numbers.
Please display your poster on the board corresponding to your assigned number before the poster session begins.
Each board accommodates one A0-size portrait poster (86.8 cm width × 151.5 cm height).
Only one side of each board may be used.
Magnets will be provided to affix posters.
Please remove your poster after the final poster session on February 18 and no later than the morning of February 19.
